We display all currency in Euros but we give you the option to change it based on where it’s being shipped!

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however, we do process orders fast, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.
Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the CTT tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at firstname.lastname@example.org we will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

Yes! Expedited orders need to be asked upon email, contact us at email@example.com before ordering.
In Portugal all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering pending product availability and credit card verification. Once your order has been shipped we will email you to let you know your order has been sent. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note we do not process or ship on weekends or bank holidays.

We accept exchanges on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full exchange ( shipping costs it’s on the customer’s behalf). All item(s) being returned for exchange must also be accompanied by the original packaging. All swimwear and intimates must be returned with sanitary strips in place. Once we receive it you will be given a voucher to use in our store.
Yes, any voucher has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
We accept exchanges but not returns. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the original item(s) and we will give you a store voucher for you to use to place a new order.

We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size for Nyos Swimwear. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about a specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find your perfect size.
